Delete Your Galleri Account

How to request deletion

1. Open Galleri and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose the account deletion option and confirm the request.
4. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@galleri.art from the address associated with your account and request deletion.

What Galleri deletes

• Your Galleri account record and Firebase Authentication account.
• Your artwork listings, favorites, follows, blocks, private profile data, and uploaded profile/background media.
• Your authored reviews and reports.
• Associated artwork images and related stored media owned only by your account.
• Any photos you sent in chat conversations are deleted from storage.

What may be retained or transformed

• If you participated in chats with other users, Galleri preserves the text of your messages for the remaining participant so their conversation stays intact, but your identity is anonymized to `deleted_user` and any photos you sent are removed.
• Temporary backups, logs, and legal/compliance records may persist for a limited retention period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Retention timing

Galleri processes verified deletion requests as quickly as practical. Some operational backups or logs may be retained for a limited period before they age out, but they are not kept as active account records.
