Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

User-generated content

Galleri lets you post artwork, images, descriptions, reviews, comments, and other content. You remain responsible for the legality and appropriateness of what you post.

By posting content to Galleri, you grant Galleri a license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and operate that content as needed to provide the service. You represent that you own the content or otherwise have the rights needed to post it and grant that license.

Visualization-only framing and staging

Any digital framing, staging, room scenes, or other visualization assets shown around uploaded artwork are provided for display and preview purposes only. They are not physical products and are not included with any artwork transaction outside Galleri.

Termination

Galleri may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Intellectual property

Galleri owns the application, platform, and service materials other than content supplied by users. You may not use Galleri branding or trade dress without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Galleri is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party conduct, content, or unauthorized access.

Changes

Galleri may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are made available means you accept the revised terms.
