Michael Hidalgo

@michael_hidalgo

Oil painter from Los Angeles, California. My atmospheric cloudscapes capture the quiet power and movement of nature, where expansive layers of clouds drift across an open horizon. Through expressive brushwork, rich textures, and subtle transitions of light and shadow, I create a sense of depth and motion that allows the sky to feel alive and ever-changing. My works reflects the my ability to transform fleeting moments in nature into emotional experiences — balancing calm and intensity while inviting the viewer to pause, reflect, and connect with the timeless beauty of earth and sky.
